Office Assistant
- -Handle all incoming calls, office correspondence and packages
- -Ensure vendors and monthly bills are paid on time
- -Generate regular expense reports and cross reference with credit card charges
- -Keep the office organized and stocked with essentials (Water… milk and cliff bars for the buff guys is a must)
- -Deal with cleaners and office maintenance suppliers
- -Coordinate office functions and events (like a monthly slip n’ slide contest)
- -Support staff with travel arrangements, misc. requests etc.
